Shipping policy

Orders for Original Paintings & Prints on Paper are processed within 3-5 business days of placing an order. 

Prints on Canvas are varnished and stretched, so processing time is a little longer. Orders for Prints on Canvas are processed within 2-3 weeks of placing an order. 

You will receive an email once your order is dispatched containing your tracking information.

I ship registered post with An Post, Ireland’s local postal service. All items have a tracking number and require a signature on receipt and will be delivered by your local postal service.

Please email info@homeofaine.com should you wish to avail of courier service at an extra charge.

 

Delivery Times

Ireland 1-2 working days.

UK and Europe 5-7 working days

Rest of World -7-10 working days

Delivery times are estimates and subject to local postal delays.

Customers are responsible for all custom and duty charges, if relevant please consult your government website for further information.

 

Unsuccessful Delivery

If your order is returned to us due to incorrect address or you were not home to accept a delivery, redelivery will take place following payment of new delivery costs or a refund will be given.

 

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please respond to your confirmation email requesting cancelation or email us at info@homeofaine.com quoting your order number. If your order has not dispatched we will cancel your order and issue a refund. If your item has dispatched it will then fall under our returns policy.
