Refund policy

We're are happy to accept your return once we are advised within 14 days of receipt. Returns are only valid when we are notified in advance and the item is returned to us within 28 days. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Returns will be credited once received and returns policy adhered to

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve.
