Refund policy

Returns

I'm happy to accept your return once I'm advised within 14 days of receipt. Returns are only valid when I'm notified in advance and the item is returned to me within 28 days. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Returns will be credited once received and returns policy adhered to.

To start a return, log into your account, and click the Return Items button. 

Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 1 hour. To cancel your order, log into your account.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon receIpt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and resolve.
